UK Delivery

We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and endeavour to despatch the same day. In the event that this is not possible we will advise you immediately.
Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Next Day Delivery. A signature may be required.

  • Orders placed by cheque will only be dispatched after bank clearance.
  • If an item is not immediately available we will despatch the rest of your order and the unavailable item would be urgently shipped once available. We would inform you about the unavailable item and if delayed by more than seven days we would give you the option to cancel it. Your email address and daytime telephone number are required when placing an order in case we need to contact you.
  • Wigs postage rate within the UK is a standard £4.50.

Standard U.K. delivery

We always aim to despatch same day and deliver next day, but please allow up to 3 - 4 days.
We charge

  • £2.65 for orders upto 3.99 oz
  • £3.50 for orders up to 7.99 oz
  • £4.50 for orders up to 15.99 oz
  • £5.50 for orders up to 31.99 oz
  • £9.00 for orders up to 63.99 oz
  • £12.50 for orders up to 95.99 oz
  • £14.50 for orders up to 139.99 oz
  • £20.00 for orders up to 199.99 oz


Guaranteed next day delivery to the U.K. is available and costs from £12.50 for orders up to 32oz, above this is calculated accordingly at checkout. We guarantee next day delivery on all orders placed before 1.00p.m. and may be able to get your order delivered next day for orders placed up to 4.30p.m.
Please note: Guaranteed next day means next working day. e.g orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday.

USA and Canada
Delivery is via Airmail or Courier. A signature may be required on delivery.
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 days. The cost for packages under 32 oz is £20. Over 32oz, there is an additional charge that will be calculated automatically at checkout.
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tarrifs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.

Payment method

  • We accept most credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, Solo, Electron and JCB). Payment will be debited at the time of placing the order or within 3 working days of the order being received.
  • By Phone: Call us on 01233 624600 with the following details: the item(s) you wish to order, your name, payment card billing address, delivery address if different and card details, as well as a contact phone number or email address in case we need to get in touch about your order.
    The postal address is Evania Hair & Beauty, 1 Chapel Mews, North Street, Ashford, Kent TN24 8JN.
  • We accept cheques drawn on a UK bank (made payable to ‘Evania Hair & Beauty’) and postal orders. Your name and address should be printed clearly on the reverse of cheques/postal orders. Unfortunately we can only ship your order after the cheques have received bank clearance.


Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

  • We cannot accept any returns on any goods despatched to addresses outside the UK and Ireland.
  • We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for any opened product for hygienic reasons. Goods must be returned within 72 hours, unopened (with the hand tag attached on wigs), in the original packaging and in the condition they were despatched. If not your goods will not be issued a credit note and will be returned back to you.
  • We cannot accept wigs that have been worn, styled, sprayed or smell of perfume or smoke.
  • Customers would bear the full cost of returning the goods.
  • Any damaged or defective items would be replaced. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges will incur charges for package and postage – Refunds are subject to a £10.00 handling charge plus postage charges.
    Please note only one wig or hairpiece can be refunded per order, do not order more than 2 items to choose from, any over that amount will only be exchanged and not refunded.
    Confirmation of your return will be sent after inspection. Returns must be sent back by special delivery if the goods are over £25.00 in value as compensation for lost goods can only be claimed with a special delivery ticket.
  • Credit card refunds would be to the card used for the original purchase. Allow at least 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your card statement.

Compensation for lost or damaged returned goods can only be claimed from the carrier and not Evaniaonline. English law applies between the parties.

Evania Online will not provide third parties with any of your personal information. We will only send you emails directly related to orders you place on our website. If you create an Evania Online account, you will have the option to request newsletters containing Evania news, coupons, specials and other promotional items. You can opt out of the newsletter at any time, with no penalties. We also want to provide you the best and easiest online shopping experience possible. In order to do this we need to gather certain pieces of information from you.
Your name and address is required to send you catalogues, samples and to deliver products you have ordered.
