Postage and Delivery

We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and endeavour to despatch the same day.

• Your order would be dispatched by either Royal Mail First Class or Courier.
• Orders received by 3PM normally ship the same day. Allow 24 - 72 hours for UK delivery.
• Weekend orders would ship the following Monday unless it is a holiday.
• Allow 7-14 days for international orders. This will depend on the postal service of the country. Any customs or import duties levied once your order reaches the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. A signature would be required on delivery.
• If an item is not immediately available we will despatch the rest of your order and the unavailable item would be urgently shipped once available. We would inform you about the unavailable item and if delayed by more than seven days we would give you the option to cancel it. Your email address and daytime telephone number are required when placing an order in case we need to contact you.

The postal address is Evania Hair & Beauty, 1 Chapel Mews, North Street, Ashford, Kent TN24 8JN.
We accept cheques drawn on a UK bank (made payable to ‘Evania Hair & Beauty’) and postal orders. Your name and address should be printed clearly on the reverse of cheques/postal orders. Unfortunately we can only ship your order after the cheques have received bank clearance.
